Legal Update – Statement of Changes to Immigration Rules


Tomorrow afternoon at 2:00pm, Patrick Lewis, recognised as one of the most experienced Barristers in the UK immigration field and former Home Office official Carla Thomas will give an overview of the Statement of Changes and assess how they will impact upon businesses and HR functions.

In particular, the update will look at an address:

  • Sponsors of Tier 2 (General) migrant workers and Tier 2 Intra-Company Transferees
  • Business Visitors
  • Those applying under the Tier 1 (Investor) route
