Founder & Managing Director. Qualified Solicitor with a career spanning 27 years in immigration legal services.

Founded DavidsonMorris in 2005 and the company has grown into a highly successful, dynamic and thriving company providing UK Corporate Immigration law to a diverse portfolio of corporate clients and public sector organisations with different UK Immigration requirements.

Since the introduction of the PBS system in November 2008, we have assisted hundreds of firms with PBS licence applications, Level 1 & 2 User training, visa processing and on-going compliance.

Work with a portfolio of long-standing clients managing their immigration matters.  Having worked with many of the clients since 2007, we have built a strong relationship and continue to support their business operations.

Areas of expertise includes:

  • End to end PBS License applications and renewals
  • Working with HR Staff and key personnel regarding compliance considerations
  • CoS applications and liaising with UKVI on Defined CoS applications
  • Providing guidance and working with clients to apply for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker and GBM routes, with representation to UKVI

Jane is an experienced Immigration Assistant who has been working on licence applications since 2017. She has vast knowledge and experience in supporting companies, large and small through the document-heavy application process.

Jane has successfully worked with companies on a large number of new licences, licence renewals, and revoked licence applications. Although Jane specialises in licence applications, she is also experienced in Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility visa applications along with private EEA clients wishing to obtain British citizenship.
