Appointments for Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore went live on 8 July, but will reopen for new appointments from 27 July.

Customers who were unable to attend an earlier appointment will be able to log into their account to book a new appointment.

All customers visiting the Visa Application Centres may be asked to observe social distancing, undergo temperature checks or be required to wear facemasks/gloves, subject to local authority guidelines.

Customers with any COVID-19 symptoms on the day of their appointment will be helped to reschedule their appointment and advised to seek medical attention.

All the VAC customers are also strongly advised to purchase Courier Return of their documents, so they do not have to visit the Visa Application Centre again to collect their documents once a decision is made.

While most VFS Global and TLS contact centres remain closed, sponsors and applicants are advised to continue checking updates from relevant centres as countries progress with easing lockdown restrictions and resuming services on different schedules.
