The Home Office is tightening its expectations on employers and sponsors alike, and it is more important than ever to insulate your business against any scrutiny.

From 1 October 2026, the Home Office is extending right to work checks to cover contractors, zero-hours workers, gig and platform labour and LLP partners. Employers who get it wrong face civil penalties of up to £60,000 per illegal worker.

In this webinar we look at why it is important for you to remain compliant, how you can retain compliance, and explore the possible sanctions for employers and sponsors if any elements of non-compliance is discovered.

This webinar is the third in our series of three webinars focused on helping employers prepare for these key upcoming changes.
