Work visas 

Permits medium and highly skilled workers to come to the UK to fill temporary gaps in the UK labour market. You must, however, be sponsored by a licensed employer in the UK. 

Used by multinational organisations to transfer skilled employees from an overseas office, subsidiary or sister company to fill a post in the UK which cannot be filled by a locally recruited employee.

Where an individual is permitted to come to the UK if they can show exceptional ability or potential within one of a number of specific professional fields. 

Entrepreneur & investor visas

The Tier 1 Investor visa allows non-EEA investors to consider investment opportunities within the UK.

For individuals looking to set up their first UK business. You do not need to be a graduate to be eligible. 

If you are an experienced business person, or are already in the UK under the Start up route, you may qualify for the Innovator route.   

Visa holders have until 5th April 2023 to apply to extend their leave under the Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa.

UK settlement applications 

Grants an individual the right to live and work in the UK without any immigration restrictions, and entitles the holder to apply for naturalisation after a qualifying period.

To preserve their individual rights to live, work and remain in the UK after Brexit, EEA nationals in the UK are required to register under the EU settlement scheme.

EEA nationals can apply for a permanent residence card to confirm their UK residency status and enable them to become eligible for British citizenship. 

British citizenship applications 

Unless you are British by descent, you must apply to be granted British citizenship through the process of naturalisation.  

We can advise on eligibility for UK citizenship, including by descent.

Study visas

The UK is the destination for many students seeking a first-class education. There will be a lot to consider and to prepare before you can make your application, and you will need to have secured an unconditional offer of a place to study from a Tier 4 licensed sponsor.   

Family visas 

We can help you start the next chapter in your family life quickly with a spouse visa.

Allows you to be joined in the UK by your future spouse, provided you will marry within six months of your partner arriving in the UK. 

Allows non-EEA nationals to enter or remain in the UK where they are married to a British citizen, or a person with UK settled status. 

This visa will allow your civil partner to join you in the UK. 

For family members of EU citizens to enter the UK without restriction for a fixed period.

Temporary visas

If you are looking to come to the UK for a short visit, whether to see the sights or family and friends, we can provide advice on the visitor visa. This includes short term business travel and the restrictions on business activity. 

If you are under 30 and a national of certain countries, you may be eligible for the youth mobility scheme, which caters for a range of temporary immigration needs.
