11 November 2015, 10:00 – 10:30am

US Visa for Business Recruitment Webinar

We are delighted to invite you to the third of a series of global immigration webinar updates. On Wednesday, 11 November we will give another overview of US visa for business immigration related to recruiting into the United States as requested by clients following an earlier update on the American business immigration system.

In this session we will cover:

  • E1 Treaty Trader Visa and E2 Treaty Investor Visa

What are the differences and benefits of each scheme for individuals and business.

  • Blanket L1 Visa

Particular employers, especially large multi-national organisations can file what is known and referred to in the US as an L1 Petition to easily transfer employees provided they meet the criteria to be covered during the webinar. We will also go through and discuss the difference between L-1A and L-1B visas.

  • Limitation of B1 Visit Visa
