Time to review the contract of employment and staff handbook – if it wasn’t on your agenda before the COVID-19 pandemic, it should be now.

Employer and employees must understand what is required of the relationship and have a signed contract in place within weeks of the work start date.  The employee handbook is an essential guide to working for your business and to your culture and values.
