For in-country PBS applications made from 1 October 2012 must be made on the new forms.
The UKBA will not accept applications made on any of the previous forms after the 22 October 2012.
MAIN APPLICANT
The new forms apply to Tier 2 ICT and General, Tier 4 Student and Child and Tier 5 Temporary Workers.
DEPENDANTS
If you have any dependant applicants there are now 2 seperate forms for dependants applying under:
- Tiers 1, 2 and 5
- Tier 4
