When making an application to the Home Office, we can not stress just how vital Full Disclosure is.
Applications will and have be refused for this reason.
We do our best to make applications water tight and to ensure that the visas we apply for are approved and so disclosing things such as criminal convictions that are unspent are very important. You may not want to disclose the information but I can ensure you that it is better to do so than face a refusal!
