London Metropolitan University has set up a hotline offering help and support for thousands of worried international students following reports that it is about to lose its Tier 4 licence.
The university PBS licence was suspended further to their failure to pass a compliance audit.
The university states that the loss of their licence has cost them £10 million and if the university cannot sponsor migrant students in future, they will lose £35 million per annum.
The university charges sponsored students £13,500 a year in tuition fees and the loss of the licence means that it no longer can attract non EEA sponsored students estimated at 2,600 per annum.
If you are worried about your place at LMU, call their hotline on (+44) (0)20 7133 4141.
If you are concerned that your organisation cannot pass a Tier 4 compliance audit, please contact us.
We can advise you on the documentation that you should be checking and retaining and the HR systems that should be in place. We do not charge for an initial consultation and happy to provide references from organisations who have benefited from our audit service.
