Immigration Compliance Audit

The UK Border Agency (UKBA) are in the process of conducting compliance checks on all companies in the UK. This is part of the government strategy to prevent illegal working and includes a pre or post licence application review of HR systems and processes of all companies who apply for a sponsor licence.

In conducting a compliance audit, UKBA check and rate the following areas:

• Monitoring immigration status and preventing illegal working
• Maintaining migrant workers’ contact details
• Record keeping
• Migrant tracking and monitoring
• Advice on recruitment practices

We have audited dozens of businesses in the UK. Our service is designed to review your current HR processes including recruitment, document checking and retention of key documents. We perform random sampling of personnel files and training your HR staff to ensure that your business maintains 100% compliance with the current rules.

Our compliance service has been checked and approved by the UKBA.

Once your company’s initial audit is completed, we work with your organisation to manage your List B employees and provide you with assistance as and when needed.

We also offer all of our audit clients insurance to cover the cost of legal representation if they are subject to compliance visits by the UKBA.
